Graduate School of Semiconductor Materials and Devices at UNIST invites highly motivated individuals with demonstrated potential for creativity and excellence. Successful applicants must have an earned doctorate in materials science and engineering or a material and semiconductor related field, and will be expected to be highly collaborative, establish some funded research program, and participate in departmental teaching activities. Highly qualified applicants in Semiconductor materials and devices will be considered. All lectures in UNIST are given in English. We accept applications on a rolling basis, and we encourage you to apply sooner rather than later. The application period above can be early closed in case of the final successful candidates are determined.
